XHS-06BT Digital Vacuum Leakage Tester

XHS-06BT Seal Tester is professionally designed for the leakage tests of packages for food, drugs, medical instruments, daily chemical products, cars, electronic components, stationeries and other industrial products. The instrument also can be used to test seal performance of specimens after falling and compression tests.

2】 The 7 inch LCD touch screen displays the testing process, with parameters such as pressure setting, holding time setting, and real-time pressure displayed simultaneously;

4】 The sealing barrel material adopts imported high-quality organic glass pipes, with a wall thickness of 15mm, the highest in the industry;

5】 The holding time, testing pressure, and pressure difference can all be set in advance to achieve one click operation during the testing process;

7】 There are two testing modes for instrument configuration, single point pressure mode and multi-point incremental pressure mode;

8】 During the experiment, automatic constant pressure air supply is carried out based on the pressure difference, without the need for manual operation;

9】 Automatic blowback unloading pressure at the end of the experiment, saving more operation time;

10】 Imported pressure sensor, built-in pressure calibration module and support for multi-point pressure calibration, convenient for third-party calibration;

11】 Multiple pressure overload and electrical safety protection ensure the safety of instruments and operators;

12】 The instrument comes with a vacuum gas filtration device and a compressed air filtration device. The external device is convenient for draining water and cleaning impurities, effectively ensuring the safe operation of internal components of the machine;

13】 The instrument has the functions of judging, saving, and querying test results, and is equipped with a thermal micro printer. The test results can be directly output and printed;
