XHV-45 Pore Size Tester

The electronic fully automatic pore size tester, also known as the bubble test bench, is used to measure the maximum pore size and average pore size of materials such as filter paper, glass fiber separators, battery separators, nylon cloth, asbestos paper, and various sintered materials.

1.The instrument features a 304 stainless steel test chamber and a stainless steel test platform, which resist rust and corrosion even after prolonged use;

3. The instrument features a temperature compensation function, automatically sensing the liquid temperature and retrieving the liquid surface tension coefficient for pore size calculation;

5. High-precision pressure sensor, capable of accurately measuring real-time pressure;

7. Using imported dual regulating valves, the pressure adjustment is finely segmented, allowing for easy regulation of various pressures.

8. The instrument is equipped with an LED light source for clear observation of the first bubbles to form;
