XHF-43 Surface Flash Tester

Surface Flash Tester. The rapid spread of flame over the surface of the material without ignition of its basic structure, usually applied to pile or fur fabrics. Swivelling butane burner is traversed across the face of the fabric to determine whether surface flash occurs and to record any damage to the base fabric.

The clamp is made of stainless steel, clean and long life use.

The synchronous wheel transmission, guided by the guide rod, with limit switch , keep stoke steady and running reliable, smooth and silent.

Igniter can rotate from 0-90 degree for easier measuring flame height and carry out horizontal direction test.

Igniter can be adjusted fro and back to fulfill different thickness specimen’s position’s requirement.

Knob adjust flame height, button control movement of igniter, operation is easy.
