XHF-53 Thermal Shrinkage Tester

XHF-53 Thermal Shrinkage Tester is developed to accurately test the hot air thermal shrinkage property (shrinkage rate & shrinkage force) of tire cord, yarn, polyester, cotton thread and textile and etc. under a certain temperature by using high-precision temperature control system and measuring system..

This instrument adopt USA Tedea force sensor and Japan Omron Encoder to test both shrinkage rate and shrinkage force.

The system is operated on touch screen to achieve man-machine interaction. Important message such as working status, moreover, a real

time fault alarm function is set up in the system , which can read alarm message directly.

Temperature module is adopted to collect temperature, an in-built thermoelectric couple is installed inside and output heater is controlled by a PID controller. Temperature and time can be set on the touch screen.

Real time testing data can be read on the touch screen. Date storage function is settled to seek multi-group test results and compute the results according to certain formula.

Alarm when complete the test.

It reads signal from the encoder system, display on the touch screen. Storage data of previous tests can be viewed and printed.

It reads pressure signal from force measuring system and draws curve on the touch screen. Storage data of previous tests can be viewed and printed.

One mini printer is installed to print shrinkage ratio value, shrinkage force value

Can connect PC with RS 232 to output of load or shrinkage every time a graph point is plotted
