XHF-RII Laboratory Steamer

Laboratory Steamer is apply to laboratory simulation workshops dyeing process, steam braise solid-color, heat resin curing test was conducted, auxiliaries and other prescription pharmaceutical and industrial conditions, the machine can be used as solid-color and the dryer of printing.

With drying, setting, baking, hot-melt fixing (temperature 20 C - 250 C) and other functions, as well as steam function

Feeding and exit drive system, hot air circulation heating and its control system, needle plate frame and frame, steam heating and other components.

Process:

Preparation (needle plate) → automatic feeding → automatic timing → automatic return material and end call.

High temperature steam processing: electric and steam in combination,

the temperature range of 100℃-250℃

When the temperature control: 1 - 99M can be preset. Finished automatically exit, and the end of the bell
