Computer control four ball friction testing machine, in the form of slide friction, is used for the loading capacity evaluation of lubricants in the high pressure point contact condition.
It can test the maximum non seizure load PB, sintered load PD and composite wear value ZMZ of lubricants, also do lubricants long time friction resistance test, can measure coefficient of friction, record friction force and temperature curve.

1. Host
The host consists of a rack, spindle and its drive system, lever weight loading system, measurement control system, oil box, chuck friction pair test system, special tools for loading and unloading steel balls, and other components. The instrument operation control is controlled by PC.
Integrated computer and button control, easy to operate. After the experiment, observe using a CCD image abrasion measurement system to measure the wear spots on the surface of the steel ball.
2. Four ball machine wear spot measurement system
The four ball grinding spot measurement system is composed of a coaxial light microscope, a rack, a CCD digital camera, a stage, light source, specialized measurement software, and a standard calibration ruler.
This system maximizes the elimination of measurement errors, resulting in high measurement accuracy, good repeatability, and faster measurement
