XHF-123 Molten Metal Splashes Impact Tester

The measuring principle of ISO 9150, EN348 Molten Metal Splashes Impact Tester is that the welding wire rod is melted by a welding torch. When the temperature of the back calorimeter of the fabric rises by 40 C caused by the droplets, the number of droplets of molten metal is measured.

Splashes of Molten Metal Impact Tester is for measuring impact resistance of high temperature metal droplets in protective clothing and high temperature resistance of textiles.

Projections of molten metal drops at a point on a vertical oriented test specimen and measurement of the number of the drops required to cause a 40 K temperature rise in a sensor behind the specimen.

1.The tester includes burner, sample frame, steel rod driving device, burner flow controller, touch screen display, etc.

2. The feeding pressure of oxygen pressure and acetylene can be controlled at 250Kpa and 50Kpa accurately.

3. Stepping motor is used to control drive speed of steel rod and set the speed also.

4. Fabric temperature sensor device for measuring back temperature rise of sample.

5.The cooper counterweight is used to set fabric pretension, weight is at 175g±0.5g.

6.Temperature rise data can be automatically recorded, and the number of melt droplets can be recorded by tester.
