XHF-128 Electrical Insulation Tester

Produced according to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 safety helmets, mainly used for testing the electrical insulation performance of safety helmets. Widely used in special labor protection equipment supervision and inspection stations, building science research institutes, construction engineering quality inspection stations, power departments, and safety helmet production enterprises.

1. PLC touch screen control operation.

2. The test voltage and holding time can be set and displayed on the touch screen.

3. Program controls automatic voltage rise and fall.

4. Adopting a split structure, the voltage transformer is externally mounted and connected through a long-distance transmission line to ensure safety.

5. The transformer adopts multi-level and multi-channel oil channels based on distance effect, which improves the insulation level. And metal fixed leads and voltage equalization are used to eliminate discharge phenomena.

6. Exceeding the preset current and being broken down automatically cuts off the power supply to protect operational safety.

7. Configure a multi angle adjustable robotic arm probe, safe operation.

8. Real time display of curves, experimental data can be stored and printed.
