XHF-19Z Flammability Tester，According to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014, safety helmets are mainly used for flame retardant performance testing. Widely used in special labor protection equipment supervision and inspection stations, building science research institutes, construction engineering quality inspection stations, power departments, and safety helmet production enterprises.

ANSI Z89.1-10.1 Flammability Test

1. Burner pulse automatic ignition.

2. The safety helmet support head mold can move up and down, forward and backward to adapt to different sizes of safety helmets.

3. The sample holder is electrically controlled to move automatically, approaching and evacuating the burner automatically.

4. The overall control system adopts a PLC+touch screen control structure. All related operations can be completed through touch screen operation.

5. The ignition time can be set by the touch screen and automatically saved as the default last set time.
