Computer control four ball friction testing machine, in the form of slide friction, is used for the loading capacity evaluation of lubricants in the high pressure point contact condition.
It can test the maximum non seizure load PB, sintered load PD and composite wear value ZMZ of lubricants, also do lubricants long time friction resistance test, can measure coefficient of friction, If special accessories are used, an end-face wear test can also be conducted to measure the friction coefficient of the friction pair.

The main shaft part is used to drive the upper sample steel ball to rotate. The test part is mainly used to fix the three sample steel balls below. The oil cylinder piston part, oil source part, and load control device are used to apply test force. The strong current control part is mainly used to control the power supply, frequency converter, static pressure oil pump motor, pressure oil pump motor, AC servo motor, reversible motor, and solenoid valve, etc., to achieve interlock control of the static pressure oil pump motor and pressure oil pump motor, and to provide power for the weak current. The weak current control part adopts an embedded system based on ARM, using a liquid crystal driver chip to control the display and refresh of the liquid crystal screen, and cooperates with button operations to complete functions such as parameter setting, loading, and running. It has a computer data acquisition serial interface.
