XHN-1 Angle of Repose

XHN-1 Angle of Repose (or angle of repose) of dust is the acute angle between the inclined plane of dust accumulation and the horizontal plane at its bottom.

This device is suitable for measuring dust. It uses the injection-limited-bottom-plane method to determine the angle of repose of dust. The main technical difference from ISO 4324:1997 is that it does not measure the height of dust accumulated on the limited bottom plane, but instead uses a protractor to directly measure the angle of repose.

Principle：

Sufficient dust to overflow the feed pan is injected from the funnel opening into the horizontal feed pan; the acute angle between the inclined plane of dust accumulation and the horizontal plane at its bottom is measured, i.e., the angle of repose of the dust.
