XHS-109 Automatic Flowability Tester

Automatic Flowability Tester is suitable for chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, coating, battery materials, ceramics, non-metallic powder materials, metal oxide powder, molecular materials, powder metallurgy, plastics, building materials, soil, dyes, abrasives, food additives, catalysts and other related industries, widely used in production, quality inspection institutes, scientific research institutes and colleges and universities laboratories for the analysis and measurement of materials.

Automatic Flowability Tester used to test the flowability of powder. The instrument adopts full-automatic control, which can test the angle of repose, powder flow time, bulk density, loose density, mass flow rate, volume flow rate and correspond the quality of the powder pile to comprehensively evaluate the flowability of the powder. The funnel has an automatic induction valve that can automatically open and close. When reaching the set quality, the funnel valve will automatically close, and the test data will be uploaded to the software. Then the software will automatically generate the flowability evaluation and flowability index of the powder, and give out the flow rate and quality curves. This automatic instrument control system can reduce the test error of manual weighing and timing. The accuracy of test results is improved, which provides reliable measurement data for powder flowability analysis and product quality control.

The instrument is equipped with a variety of specifications of conversion funnels to meet the measurement of different powders. The instrument complies with national standard GBT21060-2007, international standard ISO6186: 1998, ISO4324, ISO8393, United States Pharmacopoeia USP1174, European Pharmacopoeia EP2.9.36, EP2.9.16 and many other standards.

 * It can quickly measure the angle of repose, volume, bulk density, outflow time and outflow quality of the powder, and automatically give the flowability evaluation according to these results.
