XHP-PF-M Micro-Scale Flour Analyzer

The XHP- PF-M is a compact (requiring only 4g of sample) dough mixing and analysis system used to test the quality and processing characteristics of flour and dough. The small sample size is particularly suitable for researchers, wheat breeders, flour processors, and bakers who work with limited or expensive samples. It is ideal for breeding selection, developing rapid small-sample testing methods, and establishing flour performance, specifications, water absorption, and mixing conditions. The PF-M is controlled by an external computer and operating software. It is easy to use, compact in structure, highly repeatable, accurate, and easy to clean.
