XHP-PSRC-T Fully Automatic Solvent Retention Capacity Analyzer.Solvent retention capacity refers to the ability of different polymers in flour to retain different solvents under a certain centrifugal force. Deionized water, 5% lactic acid (for detecting glutenin), 5% sodium carbonate (for detecting damaged starch), and 50% sucrose (for detecting pentosans) are used as solvents to detect the functional effects of various polymers on flour quality. The PSRC-T fully automatic solvent retention capacity analyzer can evaluate the characteristics of four important components that determine flour quality in a single test.
