XHP-PLV Fully Automatic Lovibond Colorimeter

The XHP-PLV Series Fully Automatic Lovibond Colorimeter is primarily used to measure the color of various transparent liquids, especially commercial vegetable oils. Color is a crucial indicator for grading commercial vegetable oils, and based on the Lovibond colorimetric standard RYBN, it measures the content of impurities in the oil.

The PLV-200 is a fully automatic Lovibond colorimeter developed by Perkone to address the limitations of visual Lovibond colorimeters, which require high user skill and judgment and are highly subjective. It relies on a color sensor for high-precision resolution of transparent samples, providing reliable and consistent colorimetric analysis, eliminating all operator subjectivity, and offering high efficiency and speed. It is widely applicable to various industries such as edible oils, industrial oils, liquid chemicals, syrups, and honey.

The PLV-300 adds a fixed yellow value function to the PLV-200, meeting the Lovibond colorimetric standard Lovibond@RYBN while also being suitable for the detection of some special oils. It employs a new generation of high-precision sensors, improving detection accuracy while reducing the detection time to only 3 seconds, greatly improving the efficiency of the experimenter.
