XHP-PV-X Food Volume Measuring Instrument

The XHP-PV-X Food Volume Measuring Instrument is an instrument approved by the AACCI for use as a standard method for measuring the volume of bread, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods. Renowned for its robust durability, ease of operation, and ability to yield results with exceptional repeatability and reproducibility, this instrument is widely utilized across the flour milling and blending, baking, and general food industries, as well as in the food additive and ingredient sectors, food R&D institutions, and test kitchens.

l  Analysis speed is 10 times faster than traditional seed displacement methods; sample measurement takes only 20–30 seconds.

l No sample pretreatment is required, thereby preventing data errors caused by sample damage resulting from compression or abrasion.

l Suitable for samples of various sizes; the laser arm flexibly adjusts the distance between the laser sensor and the sample based on the sample's dimensions, ensuring maximum accuracy.

l Simple operation: simply secure the sample to the rotating support stand, and the laser sensor will automatically rotate 180° around the self-rotating sample. During this rotation, the system automatically measures parameters such as length/height, volume, density, and weight, while simultaneously generating a complete 3D model.

l More precise than traditional seed displacement methods, achieving an accuracy of 0.5%.
