XHD-17 Intelligent Tablet Hardness Tester is a professional-grade instrument designed for measuring tablet hardness. It features a wide measurement range of 5 N to 350 N and an exceptionally large diameter accommodation capacity of 2 mm to 40 mm. Furthermore, it boasts a high resolution of 0.01 N and a measurement accuracy of ±1% rdg ±5 dgt. The device provides real-time display of measurement characteristic curves, illustrating how load changes over time. It also incorporates enhanced features such as system management permissions, USB mass storage capabilities, and measurement data audit trails. The hardware utilizes an embedded ARM Cortex-M7 core processor, paired with a high-performance force-sensing A/D module chip, to ensure high-speed data acquisition and lossless data processing. This configuration delivers reliable and accurate measurement results for professional users.
