XHD-18 Pro Intelligent Disintegrator

The XHD-18 Pro Intelligent Disintegration Tester is a high-precision, specifically for professional users in accordance with the provisions on the disintegration time limits for tablets, capsules, pills, and other dosage forms stipulated in the 2025 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Its main technical indicators also comply with the regulations on disintegration time limit testing specified in USP, BP, and JP.

1.4 Print Content: Sample identification, name, number, water temperature, timing for each basket, lifting and lowering times, quantified disintegration test results (actual disintegration status ratio for 18 samples), tester, supervisor, start time, end time, test date, etc.

1.6.1  Basic Test: Positive timing, with pause and resume options, suitable for research experiments.

1.6.2 Programmed Test: Countdown timing, presettable and savable,

convenient for routine repetitive tests.

1.7 Basket Lifting Times: Real-time lifting and lowering times display for each of the three baskets (synchronously displayed on the screen).

1.8 Real-time display of basket lifting times, providing a reliable method for users to monitor basket lifting frequency.
1.9 At the end of the test, the baskets automatically stop at the highest position, facilitating the removal of baskets and beakers.
2.0 The instrument provides timed shutdown and timed automatic preheating functions.
