The device is for testing thickness of various material under Interchangeable pressure feet and augmenting weights.
1. Large screen color touch screen display and operation.
2. The presser foot, sample table, and weights are all made of 304 stainless steel material, which will never rust.
3. Using a precision dial gauge for measurement to ensure accurate data.
4. The whole machine shell is treated with spray coating technology.
5. The panel is made of special aluminum material, with metal buttons that are sensitive to operation and not easily damaged.
6. Driven by a precision motor, the loading is smooth and without any jumping.
7. The presser foot is in equilibrium when not subjected to force and can freely descend under force.

11. After the testing is completed, it will automatically return to its original position without the need for manual operation.
12. Equipped with two functions: ordinary thickness testing and compression ratio testing.
13. During compression rate testing, there is a pressure prompt function to improve operational accuracy.
14. There are two testing methods available: single measurement and continuous measurement.
